THANK YOU!!! So a child I know (16 yrs old) did not get the C-jab but of course all of the childhood vaxxes, and now is having seizures. Stanford doctors scratching their heads...In your opnion could this be a manifestation of those shots? I'd like to send this child this supplement, hoping it could as well remove mercury?...

Yes, vaccines are a primary cause.

I’d recommend the zeolite detox I discuss. Along with sunflower lecithin.

There’s more, like KETO diet, etc.

What would be your budget and do you think she would take the supplements?

I need to get my seizure post into Substack.

I believe budget-wise I will be ‘sponsoring’ the child & purchasing the supps myself. Thanks so much again- did not have sunflower lecithin on my radar. Child has started zeolite already! Will be ordering your supp asap - will look through your posts for more diet info! 🙏💯

Great!!!

I have an entire list (links are embedded so not clickable here, but you get the idea:

Use a nano zeolite detox every day - see the Course about Heavy Metal Detox.

Give sunflower lecithin to rebuild the myelin sheath.

Give methylated B9 and B12 - Try This One

Give ALA, NAC, and Essential Fatty Acids every day

Avoid foods with synthetic ingredients

Stop all dairy and gluten

Wear only cotton clothing. Synthetic fibers can create static that will cause a seizure.

Try grounding mats and grounding bed sheets.

Reduce EMF exposure.

Eat organic in the home.

Use only non toxic laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, creams, etc. All of these are found at a health food store. Reducing toxic load is critical.

Eat a KETO diet.

Know the triggers and reduce them.

The zeolite detox is critical. Also consider a Fulvic supplement, like this one.

WOW this is pure gold. So grateful for you & will subscribe where possible.

EVERYONE FILE THIS ONE FOR DISTRIBUTION!!!!

Thank you so much!

Yes you don't know how long I've been looking for a comprehensive list! I'm a big fan now ;)

It is very valuable that the author draws attention to the role of silicon in aluminum elimination. I agree with this, and it is fully consistent with decades of research by Christopher Exley. One of Exley’s most important contributions was demonstrating that orthosilicic acid (OSA) dissolved in water can increase the urinary excretion of aluminum. For this reason, drinking good-quality, high-silica mineral water is indeed a reasonable, evidence-based step.

At the same time, the post goes beyond what Exley’s work actually supports in several important ways, and this is where caution is needed.

Exley’s model is not an “MMST-first” model

Exley’s experiments were primarily based on natural mineral waters such as Volvic, where silicon is already present as dissolved orthosilicic acid. In his model, the key is not simply “how much silicon you take,” but rather:

the specific OSA form of silicon, and

the fact that drinking silica-rich water produces a rapid, temporary increase in blood OSA levels.

The product promoted in the post, “Aluminium Export,” is built around MMST, which is an organosilicon precursor. It is true that MMST can convert to OSA in the body, but it does not create the same rapid blood OSA spike that silica-rich water does.

This does not mean that MMST is “bad.” It simply means that it has not been clearly demonstrated to increase urinary aluminum excretion in the same way that Exley’s water-based protocol does. The post tends to blur this distinction.

The assumption that “more minerals equals better detox” is questionable

The product contains magnesium, lithium orotate, boron, and vitamin B6. These can each be useful nutrients in certain contexts, but:

this is no longer an Exley-style aluminum-specific approach,

it is more of a general “neuro-support” mineral blend.

These are two different things. Someone sleeping better or thinking more clearly does not automatically prove that their aluminum burden has actually decreased. The post treats these subjective improvements as if they directly confirm successful aluminum detox, which is not scientifically justified.

The role of lithium is treated too casually

Even in low doses, lithium orotate is an active neurochemical substance. There is interesting research on lithium, but it cannot be considered a harmless “trace mineral,” especially for children or people with sensitive nervous systems. Exley’s work does not suggest that lithium is necessary for aluminum elimination.

The “zeolite solves everything” narrative is oversimplified

Zeolite can bind certain metals in the gut, but there is no strong evidence that it effectively mobilizes aluminum already deposited in the brain or tissues. The post presents it almost as a universal aluminum detox solution, which goes beyond the available evidence.

The recommendation to drink silica water is valid — but there is more than one good option

It is completely correct that silica-rich water is important.

If someone wants to follow Exley’s thinking, a more realistic strategy would be:

Regular silica-rich water (about 0.5–1 liter per day).

A simpler ch-OSA or MMST supplement such as Silor + B if desired.

Magnesium separately if needed.

Zeolite only with caution and time separation, not as a primary detox tool.

Avoid overly complex “detox cocktails” that mix many active ingredients at once.

Closing thought

The most valuable aspect of the post is that it highlights the real connection between silicon and aluminum — this is genuinely important, and Exley’s work gives it scientific credibility.

At the same time, products like Aluminium Export promise too many things at once and do not closely follow the model that Exley actually demonstrated.

For that reason, a simpler approach makes more sense: good-quality silica-rich water plus a transparent silicon supplement such as Silor + B, rather than relying on one expensive, multi-ingredient detox formula.

Why Christopher Exley is the leading expert in this field

Christopher Exley is widely regarded as the most authoritative researcher on aluminum biology because he built his work on measurable data rather than speculation. Over decades, he consistently studied how aluminum behaves in the human body and was the first to convincingly show that dissolved orthosilicic acid in water can increase urinary aluminum excretion.

His work was based on real human studies, analytical measurements, and peer-reviewed publications, and he was careful to claim only what his data supported. For this reason, he is still widely cited by doctors, scientists, and independent laboratories when discussing aluminum toxicity and the role of silicon.

Simply put, he did not follow a trend — he created the scientific foundation that others now build upon.
