If the US' or Canada's Amish population were ever open to participating in a study like this (unlikely and wouldn't blame 'em), they'd be a good control group as a population that did not have any shots as kids through adulthood. Also, Del Bigtree had something interesting to say about how baby boomers in the US were the last generation that could be used for a certain kind of vx-study group as it were.
