There are a couple of books by Dennis N Crouse PhD that talk about Silica water to remove aluminum that are well referenced and also selenium to safely remove mercury. He also has a method of making silica water for those who can’t find or can’t afford the bottled brands. His wife moderated a couple of Facebook groups that answered questions, but I believe she had retired, however the information is still there.

Yes, Fiji water is quite expensive unfortunately so an alternative -if you can't afford the water- is picking horsetail (a very common weed), dry it and make tea from it. We do.
Springtime picking of horsetail is when the herb has best bioavailability. Just dry in shade and store in a cool dry place for future use. 50 year herbalist here.

36 × 1 litre bottles got rid of my dementia like symptoms. But I first had to remove my aluminium containing composite dental fillings. Doing so got rid of the metal intoxication symptoms immediately but not the dementia like symptoms. Every time I see a headline where someone makes a claim about how This helped or cured that, I think: Is This the only thing different in the treated person's life or diet? Can a drastic improvement in one's health be attributed to just one thing? Are there no other factors? For example, did the improved person stop eating the white mushy crap people call bread?
I don't doubt that silica-rich water helped, but is that all to the story?
Note: I make my own silica-water, following Dr. Crouse's formula.
For an adult that is petite. Not sure what the toxicity load is. How would I go about finding things like that? The adult was born in the 1990’s and had vaccines on a later schedule and not according to the doctor’s set schedule.
The form of silica found in mineral water is orthosilicic acid. There are supplements that have orthosilicic acid, but they do not have enough to remove aluminum.

I love Fiji water. Diatomaceous earth is silica so does it do the same thing? I take it in water most every night.
